📋 Description

• Conduct and compile personal and professional background investigations and reinvestigations for potential staff members and clients. • Interview employers, co-workers, neighbors, and personal references. • Conduct online court and criminal records searches. • Prepare reports on findings and complete report narratives for subject interviews. • Conduct background checks, consumer investigative reports, and on-screen interviews using preset case components. • Provide security advice and guidance to the security team regarding corporate personnel and client entities. • Read, comprehend, and interpret detailed, complex written material. • Analyze complex ideas or activities, identify patterns and relationships, and compare and interpret information. • Prioritize and combine investigations to ensure timely completion. • Handle several cases simultaneously. • Apply appropriate investigative techniques for administrative investigations. • Communicate with managers, supervisors, coworkers, candidates, and the public. • Keep interviews focused and cover all required material. • Work cooperatively as part of a team.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship. • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, psychology, or related field. • 10 years of hands-on background investigation experience. • Current or former US Government background investigators or multi-disciplined security officers with a Top Secret US Federal Government Clearance. (Preferred) • Professional certifications in physical security, personnel security, cyber protection, or acquisition disciplines. (Preferred) • Experience as CIA/FBI Polygrapher; MDSO; DCSA Investigator; DCSA Subject Interviewer; Security Adjudicator. (Preferred)
