📋 Description

• Process assigned disability transaction work items, including BLIS and Outsort queues • Research customer applications and available records to locate and confirm existing disability claim matches • Review document images and capture accurate index data in customer systems • Follow documented procedures, quality expectations, clean-desk requirements, and production priorities • Apply coaching and training feedback to build proficiency, accuracy, and consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable adhering to a strict clean-desk policy • Able to submit to and pass the required background screening and drug screening • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Basic PC and internet skills • Ability to navigate computer applications and complete routine online tasks • Suitable work-from-home office environment • Ability to work the assigned part-time schedule • Receptive to coaching and training • Pass an internet speed test: download ≥25, upload ≥5, ping ≤175 ms • Ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router • Eligible to reside in a state where Conduent’s compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations • Data entry experience is a plus • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is a plus
