📋 Description

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects supporting tolling back-office systems and CSC operations • Serving as the primary liaison between CSC IT teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders • Coordinating and managing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) issues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs • Tracking and managing change requests and change orders from initiation through implementation • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations • Monitoring project performance and providing regular progress updates to leadership and clients • Overseeing system updates, patches, and releases to ensure minimal disruption to operations • Facilitating stakeholder meetings and technical reviews to align on priorities and project goals • Partnering with technical teams to identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities • Ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and contractual requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred) • 7+ years of IT project management experience, preferably within transportation, tolling, or large transactional systems • Strong understanding of back-office systems, CSC environments, and system integration workflows • Experience managing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environments and change control processes • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies • Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and MS Project • PMP or equivalent certification preferred • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as needed to support client engagement, projects delivery, and key stakeholder meetings.
