📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SAP EWM consultants, fostering a high-performance culture. • Implement training programs to enhance the technical and soft skills of consultants. • Manage organization budgets, resource allocation, and implement cost controls. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver SAP EWM solutions. • Contribute to the firm's SAP strategy by identifying market trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • 5+ years in a leadership and / or managerial role. • Proven track record in managing and developing teams, with experience in remote team environments. • Understanding of SAP EWM functionalities is desirable, including warehouse processes, inventory management, and transportation management preferred. • Experience with cost management tools and methodologies, such as ensuring actual costs do not exceed budgets. Earned Value Management System (EVM / EVMS knowledge highly desirable). • Excellent client-facing skills, with a history of successful stakeholder management and project delivery. • Experience working with the Department of War or other Federal agencies desirable.
