📋 Description

• Assist customers with questions, inquiries, and issues related to prescription coverage • Manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls • Navigate multiple systems while handling calls • Help customers with prescription refill status and prescription expiration inquiries • Complete required virtual classroom training and nesting

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish • Must reside in Puerto Rico • Ability to successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class and 2 weeks of nesting; cannot miss a day of training • Successfully complete a customer service assessment and computer-based typing test • Great problem-solving skills • Ability to effectively multitask • High school diploma, GED, or college degree • Must have 6 months of customer service experience • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work weekends if needed based on call volumes • Home internet connection with 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Must hardwire the work computer directly to the home modem via Ethernet • Satellite and wireless internet are not acceptable • Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace • No one allowed in the workspace during working hours; workspace must be clutter-free and free of unauthorized electronics
