• Daily tasks include meeting with clients to resolve issues. • Responding to email requests concerning learning data. • Submitting tickets into the client’s ticketing system. • Pulling reports from the LMS, monitoring data changes, and performing analytical work in support of the client’s Learning & Development staff.
• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) and fundamental knowledge of data elements within a Learning Management System (e.g. Courses, Curriculum, Content Objects, and Learning Plan Assignments) preferred. • Intermediate MS Excel experience (e.g., adding worksheets and merging data, formatting, sorting, filtering, pivot table). • Experience/proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. • Strong communication skills, both oral and written. • Strong Customer Service orientation. • Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision. • Demonstrated strong attention to detail. • Strong quality focus and team oriented. • Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements. • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to constant change.
