📋 Description

• Respond timely to client requests and place basic simple orders within company procedural guidelines to meet the client’s SLA • Understand shipment cutoff times for major distribution partners and carriers • Communicate order placements, order ETA, and back order information to clients • Escalate cost changes/EOL to Sales Operations Advisor or account manager • Provide timely basic quotes for simple velocity products within 4 hours • Assist with quotes for accounts with established pricing • Provide administrative support for open order tracking, scheduled and custom reporting, and sales-order inquiries • Research open orders and provide ETA information to clients in report format • Enter and update order information in the system • Provide one-off or scheduled reports using established tools • Escalate complex open-order or reporting requests • Work with management on requests outside existing report scope • Respond to client email requests for tracking, serial numbers, packing slips, and other information • Initiate returned merchandise process, educate clients on RMA creation, and enter RMAs in the system • Escalate all RMA requests to Customer Service • Work a Monday–Friday daytime schedule as assigned • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred basic knowledge of Inside Sales or a similar client-facing role that required heavy data entry into an ERP or CRM • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
