📋 Description
• Support and motivate students in their curriculum • Deliver engaging instruction through live lessons, recorded lessons, individual support, and targeted interventions • Provide timely feedback on student work and complete progress reports • Communicate about student progress and learning plans • Develop understanding of assigned curriculum and courses • Use data to adjust instruction and provide differentiated support • Provide individualized instruction and accommodations • Build relationships with students and families • Collaborate with colleagues on student progress and interventions • Maintain student records and documentation • Participate in school activities and events • Continuously pursue professional growth
🎯 Requirements
• Current Utah Elementary license • Focus in Math & Science • Utah residency preferred • Strong technology skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Customer focused approach • High degree of flexibility to work well in a fast paced environment • Team player track record • Willingness to travel overnight, on occasion, for school events • Must be able to use a personal electronic device and email address for 2-step authentication
