📋 Description

• Lead development of high-quality visual insights and reports for executive-level presentations • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction • Lead projects and ensure deliverables meet expectations • Manage project timelines and resources • Mentor and coach junior team members • Stay current with industry trends and advancements • Participate in continuous learning and professional development • Drive actionable insights using domain knowledge • Find, document, and monitor key processes • Map and document processes and develop process-improvement frameworks • Adhere to ConnectiveRx information security and compliance programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred • 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles • Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor junior team members • Ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders • Significant domain knowledge is preferred • Client relationship ownership experience is preferred • Project leadership experience is preferred • Expert-level SQL skills with a focus on advanced optimization • Experience designing advanced dashboards using BI tools • Experience developing high-quality visual insights for executive-level presentations • Ability to apply statistical methods, including correlation analysis and variance analysis • Python may be used minimally • Ability to listen actively and communicate key issues respectfully • Ability to adapt communication to different audiences • Analytical and logical reasoning skills • Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and influence stakeholders • Process mapping and documentation skills • Ability to adhere to SOC1, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA compliance requirements • Ability to comply with company and client policies, business rules, ethics, and applicable laws • Travel as needed
