📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage complex data analyses and reporting processes • Lead development of high-quality visual insights and reports for executive-level presentations • Independently lead data projects and provide strategic insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-impacting solutions • Act as liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction • Lead projects, managing deliverables, timelines, and resources • Mentor and coach junior team members • Stay current with industry trends and advancements through continuous learning and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred • 4–6 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or a related field • Experience with SQL, data wrangling, and data visualization is preferred • Advanced SQL, including complex database schemas, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization for large datasets • Data wrangling, including automated data cleaning, large-dataset handling, feature engineering, and data normalization • Advanced data visualization, including custom visualizations, geospatial visualizations, and interactive dashboards • Inferential statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and ANOVA • Business intelligence development, including data modeling, ETL processes, and performance optimization • General coding experience with complex software solutions, advanced programming techniques, and frameworks; Python preferred • Ability to communicate analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred • Project leadership experience is preferred • Project management experience is preferred • Travel as needed • Adherence to company policies, information security and compliance programs, including SOC1, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA • Compliance with company and client policies, business rules, ethics, and applicable local, state, and federal laws
