📋 Description

• Conduct advanced data analysis and modeling to generate insights using statistical models, machine learning, and advanced analytics to support strategic decisions • Communicate with senior executives and stakeholders by translating complex data science concepts into actionable business insights • Lead the execution of high-impact data science initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery • Mentor junior data scientists and analysts by promoting best practices in coding, model development, and analytical thinking • Identify emerging trends and opportunities and influence long-term business strategy through predictive modeling and experimentation

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred • One to three years of experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling • Ability to support data-driven decision-making with structured insights • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine analytical solutions • Ability to apply an understanding of the healthcare and patient support services industry to data-driven recommendations • Ability to write clean, efficient Python and SQL code and understand object-oriented programming • Ability to apply basic to intermediate algorithms such as trees, queues, and graph algorithms for data structuring • Ability to assist in designing and building ML and DL pipelines under the guidance of senior data scientists • Ability to perform inferential statistics, hypothesis testing, and data modeling • Ability to use AWS tools such as Lambda, Redshift, and RDS for data management
