📋 Description

• Own the analytical function end-to-end for an embedded business unit across growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Define the business problems, questions, and decisions that analysis should address • Define metrics and build reports • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface insights that improve key business metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and the recommended next steps • Drive analytical initiatives through execution and business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills with ability to influence leadership-level decisions • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Ability to break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub
