📋 Description

• Lead full lifecycle implementation projects or workstreams within scope, timeline, and quality expectations • Serve as primary consultant for mid-sized client engagements • Design, configure, and optimize ConnectWise solutions for technical and business requirements • Facilitate discovery, solution design, status update, and training meetings with clients • Identify and manage risks, scope changes, and dependencies • Apply implementation methodologies and maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables • Analyze client workflows and recommend process improvements, automation, and best practices • Collaborate with product, support, sales, and other cross-functional teams • Contribute reusable templates, workflows, and documentation • Mentor junior consultants through knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and informal coaching • Support pre-sales or scoping activities as a technical advisor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience • 4+ years of relevant experience • Ability to independently manage full implementation projects, balancing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations • Strong consultative and problem-solving skills • Deep technical expertise in ConnectWise platforms, including configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing solutions • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to analyze data, workflows, and requirements • Ability to anticipate risks, gather necessary information, and drive resolution • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities • Collaborative approach and knowledge sharing • Accountability and ownership, delivering high-quality outcomes with minimal oversight • 0-10% travel may be required
