📋 Description

• Build an independent Medicare sales business with Connie Health support • Complete Connie Academy training covering Medicare fundamentals, plan types, enrollment periods, compliance requirements, leads, and tools • Sell Medicare and Life products using provided leads • Use the Connie Health Agent Platform for quoting and enrollment • Receive coaching and support from a Market Lead • Work with pre-scheduled qualified appointments and optional inbound-lead phone shifts • Build relationships with seniors and help them find suitable Medicare coverage and healthcare solutions • Participate in call shadowing and practice sessions • Follow Medicare communications and marketing guidelines • Focus on sales while internal teams handle technical, platform, and post-sale customer support

🎯 Requirements

• Active health license required; life-only and P&C-only licenses do not qualify • AHIP certification can be completed after starting • Proven track record in sales required • Customer service or healthcare experience alone does not qualify • New to Medicare; no prior Medicare sales experience required, or less than one year of Medicare sales experience • Entrepreneurial self-starter with a go-getter mindset • Comfortable using sales platforms and digital tools • Comfortable on the phone • Ready to make the most of the Annual Enrollment Period • Committed to following Medicare Communications & Marketing Guidelines (MCMG) • Comfortable with commission-based pay and no hourly pay or base salary
