📋 Description

• Build an independent Medicare sales business with Connie Health’s support • Help older Americans find suitable Medicare coverage and healthcare solutions • Complete Connie Academy training covering Medicare fundamentals, plan types, enrollment periods, compliance, leads, and tools • Sell Medicare and Life products using Connie-provided leads • Work with a Market Lead for coaching and support • Use the Connie Health Agent Platform for quoting and enrollment • Attend optional phone shifts to receive inbound leads • Build relationships and close sales • Participate in coaching, call shadowing, and practice sessions • Focus on sales while Connie’s internal Medicare Advisor team handles post-sale customer support

🎯 Requirements

• Active health license required; life-only or P&C-only licenses do not qualify • AHIP certification can be completed after starting • Proven track record in sales required • Customer service or healthcare experience alone does not qualify • No prior Medicare sales experience required; if previously sold Medicare, less than one year of experience • Entrepreneurial self-starter with a go-getter mindset • Comfortable using the phone, sales platforms, and digital tools • Ready for the Annual Enrollment Period • Commitment to following Medicare Communications & Marketing Guidelines (MCMG) • Comfortable with commission-based pay; no hourly pay or base salary
