📋 Description

• Build an independent Medicare sales business with Connie Health’s support • Sell Medicare and Life products using company-provided leads • Complete Connie Academy training covering Medicare fundamentals, plan types, enrollment periods, compliance requirements, and Connie’s leads and tools • Use the Connie Health Agent Platform for quoting, recommendations, and enrollment • Help seniors find suitable Medicare coverage and healthcare solutions • Participate in coaching, call shadowing, and practice sessions • Work with a Market Lead for coaching and support • Focus on selling and building relationships while internal teams handle marketing, operations, and post-sale customer support

🎯 Requirements

• Active health insurance license required; life-only and P&C-only licenses do not qualify • AHIP certification can be completed after starting • Proven track record in sales required; examples include retail, auto, wireless, mortgage, insurance, or inside sales • Customer service or healthcare experience alone does not qualify • No prior Medicare sales experience required; candidates with Medicare sales experience must have less than one year • Self-starter with a go-getter mindset interested in building an independent business • Comfortable using the phone, sales platforms, and digital tools • Eager to work during the Annual Enrollment Period • Commitment to following Medicare Communications & Marketing Guidelines • Comfortable with commission-based pay; no hourly pay or base salary
