📋 Description

• Manage and complete assigned project areas, creating high quality deliverables, including providing appropriate direction and supervision to junior team members • Prepare project plans, including key milestones and deliverables, and track and report on status, progress and risks • Participate in and facilitate engagement team and client meetings and presentations • Lead and train junior team members • Prepare and monitor budgets and client billings • Develop specialized expertise in multiple areas, solutions, and/or technology tools

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 -7 years consulting/industry experience required • Good understanding of key business and finance processes (close process, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, equity, etc.) • Experience in helping companies identify improvements in key process areas and in assisting with implementing those improvements • Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skills • Experience managing teams and projects • Business consulting experience • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills • Exposure to financial systems and tools beneficial (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, BlackLine, Zuora, Coupa, Hyperion, Business Intelligence Databases) • CPA and or MBA beneficial • Six Sigma Green or Blackbelt beneficial
