📋 Description

• Partner with department leaders to identify technology-enabled improvements aligned with organizational strategy and mission impact • Lead discovery sessions to document business processes, clarify requirements, and define scalable system solutions • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and system documentation • Ensure integrity, consistency, and governance of enterprise systems including CRM, ecommerce, LMS, marketing automation, finance, and integrations • Own documentation standards for business requirements, system architecture diagrams, data definitions, and workflow processes • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies across systems and recommend improvements • Collaborate on automation initiatives and system integrations to increase visibility, reduce duplication, and improve scalability • Serve as a backup operational resource within IT by configuring workflows, building dashboards and reports, managing user permissions, supporting system administration, and resolving business-critical information gaps • Support vendor evaluation, implementation efforts, and system enhancement initiatives • Lead or support user acceptance testing, training documentation, and change management efforts • Contribute to IT governance processes and align technology investments with organizational priorities • Support accountability and continuous improvement through structured analysis and collaborative problem-solving • Promote clarity, integrity, and collaboration so systems and processes uphold Conscious Discipline’s mission and values • Success measured through system adoption, process efficiency, reduced manual workarounds, improved data integrity, stakeholder satisfaction, project timelines, and cross-functional alignment

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years’ experience in business analysis, systems analysis, IT operations, or enterprise systems roles • Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to understand high-level strategy and detailed technical workflows • Comfortable navigating complex system landscapes • Working knowledge and/or interest in AI-enabled tools and automation platforms • Ability to configure CRM fields and workflows, build dashboards, write basic SQL queries, support integrations, and troubleshoot system or reporting issues • Preferred experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify • Preferred experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar • Preferred experience with ERP/finance systems, project management tools, and documentation platforms • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar • Working knowledge of SQL preferred • Experience building scalable workflows and defining data governance standards • Experience supporting CRM, marketing, finance, and LMS integrations • Experience designing reporting structures • Ability to partner across technical and non-technical teams • Ability to navigate competing priorities with professionalism and empathy • Clear and thoughtful communication skills • Ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements and technical solutions into business value • Comfortable facilitating cross-functional discussions and executive presentations • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile are a plus
