📋 Description
• Lead the global entity management function, including the full lifecycle of domestic and international legal entities. • Manage the company’s large and growing portfolio of U.S. and international legal entities. • Maintain and update the company’s organizational chart. • Prepare, circulate, and maintain board and shareholder resolutions, written consents, minutes, and other governance documents. • Support the company’s professional licensing efforts. • Identify opportunities to streamline entity management workflows using technology solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in entity management, compliance, and/or legal operations fields. • BS/BA from an accredited university preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
