📋 Description

• Supervise, direct and coordinate the planning, design and construction activities • Monitors project costs during all project phases with limited supervision • Creates schedules using scheduling software with limited help from supervisor concerning activity linkage • Assures selection of materials and products in specification conform to quality requirements and applicable standards • Prepares and maintains documentation and project reports as required • Maintains relationship with client on an ongoing basis to enhance client satisfaction and increase potential for additional business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field preferred • 5+ years of experience • Proven experience in Owner Representation services preferred
