📋 Description

• Engage with clients to understand and document their business processes, needs, and objectives • Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for enterprise solutions • Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with client requirements • Assist in configuring and customizing tools to meet specific client needs • Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and internal stakeholders • Identify opportunities to enhance client business processes through FSM solutions • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for clients

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst • Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and field service management (REQUIRED) • Hands-on experience with SQL to access, retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS SharePoint, Process design tools (Vizio, Signavio, etc.) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong project management skills • Ability to travel to client sites (domestic and/or international) as required and defined per project requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field required • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is preferred
