📋 Description

• Process all caregiver documents into our payroll system accurately and timely • Validate all documents for accuracy and obtain further information for incomplete documents • Run reports, work tasks and emails timely to comply with payroll deadlines • Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate a heavy work flow • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects while prioritizing and multitasking • Participate in professional development and training activities • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures • Demonstrate dependability, effective problem solving and decision-making skills • Engage in and facilitate positive and cohesive team environments • Exhibit computer efficiency • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Suite • Data entry experience preferred • High School Diploma or GED preferred • Prior office experience preferred • Basic payroll knowledge preferred • Be able to successfully pass a background screening • Employees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position
