📋 Description

• Develop and deliver Construction Security Surveillance (CSS) training programs • Instruct students on CSS principles, policies, and procedures in accordance with U.S. Department of State requirements • Conduct classroom lectures, practical exercises, and scenario-based training • Evaluate student performance through written examinations and practical assessments • Maintain accurate training records and course documentation • Update course materials to reflect changes in government policies, standards, and industry best practices • Mentor and coach students to ensure they meet qualification standards • Ensure a safe, professional, and effective learning environment • Coordinate with company leadership regarding curriculum development and training schedules • Assist in developing new training programs and instructional materials as required • Conduct class sessions 4–6 times per year

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Construction Security Surveillance, construction security, physical security, law enforcement, military, or a related security field • Experience supporting U.S. Department of State, Department of Defense, or other U.S. Government security programs preferred • Previous instructor or military training experience strongly preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong presentation and classroom management abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Ability to travel as required • Certified instructor or adult learning certification preferred • Experience developing training curricula preferred • Overseas security or contingency operations experience preferred • Active or previously held U.S. Government security clearance preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Education, or a related field preferred • Ability to stand for extended periods while instructing • Ability to demonstrate field exercises in outdoor environments • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
