📋 Description

• Own the design and deployment of integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using Workato or similar iPaaS platforms • Design integration patterns for data consistency, real-time synchronization, error handling, and reusable team best practices • Define API connection requirements and gather requirements for complex Workato recipes • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting; resolve integration failures, performance issues, and data quality problems • Act as technical product owner, gather stakeholder requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and prioritize features • Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data flow maps, API specifications, and user guides • Coordinate UAT, develop test plans, manage execution, track defects, and ensure production deployment • Build enterprise application and Salesforce product roadmaps • Configure and manage Salesforce data models, custom objects, fields, validation rules, automation, reports, dashboards, and permissions • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators on data governance, security, and platform best practices • Establish data governance standards and own data quality through validation, cleansing, and exception handling • Partner with Engineering, Product, GTM leadership, and Revenue Operations to deliver scalable solutions supporting revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or technical product management with a heavy integration/systems focus • Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce integrations using iPaaS platforms; Workato strongly preferred, with Zapier, MuleSoft, or similar acceptable • Deep Salesforce knowledge, including data model, security model, Flow, Process Builder, custom objects, and API capabilities • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, API keys, rate limiting, and error handling • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting; relational data model knowledge • Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas, data transformation, and mapping • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services environments with complex revenue operations and compliance requirements • Understanding of lead-to-opportunity, customer onboarding, and renewal workflows • Ability to understand complex technical architectures and system interactions • Cross-functional experience with Engineering, Product, Operations, and GTM teams • Ability to deliver complete solutions with minimal supervision and troubleshoot integration, data, and performance issues • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Commitment to data quality, security best practices, and technical documentation • Preferred: Workato certification or extensive production-grade Workato experience • Preferred: Salesforce Admin Certification • Preferred: Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, ELT/ETL, Git, CI/CD, DevOps, Jira, Asana, Linear, Python, JavaScript, Postman, or Insomnia experience • Preferred: Experience with credit underwriting, entity management, financial services applications, technical product management, or business systems analysis
