📋 Description

• Provide support to Sales, Design, and Estimating Teams • Support local, regional, global, and vertical market accounts with sales and administrative support • Draft accurate and professional proposals using standardized Convergint and/or customer templates • Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine scope and requirements • Assist with and prepare cost estimates for small high-volume/low-complexity projects • Assist with proposals and estimates for larger, more complex, multi-site projects • Assist with project delivery and administration of multiple installation projects throughout their life cycle • Collaborate with sales teams to gather project details and ensure proposals meet customer requirements • Work with teams to meet requirements unique to key accounts and projects • Administer project setup in financial and project management systems • Maintain, communicate, and distribute proposal and estimate details • Use estimating tools and software to calculate material, labor, and overhead costs • Maintain organized records for reporting and follow-up • Complete quick-turn proposals and meet deadlines • Learn fundamentals of access control, CCTV, and other physical security systems to produce accurate estimates • Communicate with vendors to gather material pricing • Perform other requested or required duties

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ability to work independently • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills • Service skills and awareness for customer care/satisfaction • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Willingness to learn estimating tools, processes, and physical security systems • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and manage multiple small tasks • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with sales and internal teams • A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow • High school diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, estimating, or a related field
