📋 Description

• Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Deliver actionable analysis and recommendations in written and visual formats • Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to optimize and automate processes and data sources • Identify improvement opportunities, assess tool usage, and implement efficiency and accuracy solutions • Standardize reporting and workflow processes, including documentation and knowledge transfer • Support change management by gathering requirements, facilitating user feedback, and training end users • Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and tools for strategic planning and performance tracking • Provide analysis supporting the decommissioning, optimization, or redesign of outdated systems • Serve as a point of contact for internal data questions and escalate technical issues when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Strong proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, and Excel • Understanding of data integration concepts • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Experience in process mapping, workflow automation, and reporting design • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Ability to think strategically and understand complex business challenges • Ability to collaborate across functions and levels • Willingness/ability to travel approximately 5%
