📋 Description

• Develop and execute a multi-year Legal & Compliance technology transformation roadmap. • Identify opportunities to simplify operations, reduce costs, and improve scalability. • Establish technology priorities aligned with business objectives. • Lead AI strategy and implementation efforts for Legal & Compliance. • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions and intelligent workflows. • Analyze and redesign end-to-end workflows across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Investor Services, Operations, and Technology. • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation. • Establish data governance, reporting, and analytics capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, software engineering, solution architecture, automation, or digital transformation. • Demonstrated experience implementing AI and machine learning solutions. • Deep understanding of generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI governance. • Experience designing workflow automation, integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications. • Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives. • Exceptional project and program management skills. • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
