• Perform high-volume outbound outreach via calls, texts, emails, and LinkedIn • Prospect into SMB owners, tax professionals, realtors, and service-based businesses • Qualify leads based on credit, revenue, and intent • Book high-quality strategy calls for the sales team • Execute aggressive follow-up on aged and inbound leads • Conduct social engagement and direct message outreach on Instagram and LinkedIn • Support light content execution, including posting, commenting, and replying • Manage and maintain pipeline within CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) • Track activity and performance metrics consistently • Develop skills to grow into a full closing role
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) • Experience with social media outreach and direct messaging • Experience working in high-volume, performance-driven environments • Clear and confident communication skills • Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset • High energy, urgency, and accountability • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
