📋 Description

• Prepare marketing collateral • Prepare qualifications materials • Prepare proposal responses • Prepare presentations • Maintain collateral • Research clients • Assist with survey submissions • Assist with award submittals • Gain CRM understanding • Develop basic understanding of marketing and AEC industry terminology and procedures • Set priorities and coordinate several deadline-driven projects simultaneously • Provide proactive, optimistic, problem-solving customer service • Work independently and on a team • Communicate with the HR team, Beck employees, and external vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience • Marketing or Communications studies major preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Written and verbal communication skills • Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite • Willingness to learn • Ability to listen and think critically • Ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance • Ability to frequently sit, stand, and move about the office • Ability to frequently operate a computer and office productivity equipment • Ability to frequently lift and move up to ten pounds and occasionally lift and move up to fifty pounds
