📋 Description
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external Copart customers • Provide inbound phone support to Copart Members throughout the lifespan of their membership • Understand Copart practices and offer solutions and support • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions • Answer and place calls professionally • Focus on first-call resolution • Use company resources to gather information and meet customer needs • Maintain call quality and productivity • Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Must be able to show empathy in the workplace • One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred • High School diploma • Excellent customer service skills and attitude • Excellent written and verbal skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications • Attention to detail • Problem-solving skills • Computer proficiency - MS Suite • Typing speed of 45 WPM • Professional appearance • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Bilingual skills a plus • Occasional overtime as needed • For U.S. applicants and employees only: information regarding E-Verify and Right to Work
