📋 Description

• Assisting auto insurance companies with procurement of vehicle titles and title paperwork • Working with financial institutions and vehicle owners • Opening/scanning mail received • Call queue (ability to answer basic T E questions, give claim updates and direct caller to correct party/team if applicable) • Create and send all documents required per state guidelines for Total Loss Packets • Initial Lien Holder calls to secure payoff information, Letters of Guarantee and Copy of Title • Initial calls to owners/insureds • Follow-up calls to owners/insureds for needed or corrected documents • Follow-up calls to Lien Holders for documents • Sending out revised packets to owners/insureds as needed • Monitoring and working a shared inbox

🎯 Requirements

• 1 plus years of office customer service experience • HS degree • Proficient in basic office equipment and with Microsoft products • Ability to identify/analyze vehicle title documents within company and State guidelines • Ability to work closely with State DMV's and Lien Holder entities • Problem solver • Ability to multi-task • Basic 10 key proficiency • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal • Excellent customer service skills and attitude • Basic math skills • Ability to delegate/prioritize workflow • Ability to work independently or in a team environment • Ability to read/write in English fluently and effectively • Valid driver's license • Occasional overtime as needed
