📋 Description
• Observe and contribute to commercial contracting, legal research, compliance initiatives, privacy and data protection projects, and legal operations • Review and summarize commercial agreements • Conduct legal and regulatory research • Draft legal memoranda, summaries, and business-facing guidance materials • Assist with contract drafting and redlining projects • Support privacy, compliance, and governance initiatives • Review vendor due diligence and risk management materials • Participate in meetings with legal and business stakeholders • Assist with special projects related to corporate legal operations and policy development
🎯 Requirements
• Current J.D. student enrolled at an accredited law school • Eligible to receive academic credit through the student's law school's externship program • Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills • Interest in corporate, commercial, technology, privacy, or compliance law
