📋 Description

• Learn assigned customers’ business processes and the system configuration supporting their service. • Assist with sourcing requests and bidding events (RFQ/RFP) for goods or services under team guidance. • Research potential suppliers and support supplier vetting and onboarding activities. • Perform benchmarking and comparison analysis to evaluate supplier pricing proposals. • Leverage AI tools to streamline business processes and analyze procurement data to identify basic trends, opportunities, or process issues. • Prepare draft reports, presentations, and recommendations for review by the team. • Help monitor operational procurement KPIs and customer-specific metrics. • Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and feedback sessions. • Identify and share ideas that may improve customer buying processes or team efficiency. • Complete assigned projects and administrative tasks accurately and on time. • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams under the guidance of experienced colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, business, finance, data analytics, information systems, or a related field. • Interest in procurement, sourcing, business operations, or technology-enabled services. • Foundational ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills. • Ability to follow documented processes, ask questions, and incorporate feedback. • Collaborative, dependable, and comfortable working in a remote or hybrid team environment. • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new systems and processes. • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet agreed deadlines with guidance. • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. • Experiencing using AI tools to support business practices. • Prior coursework, internship, project, or part-time experience involving procurement, analytics, business operations, or customer service. • Curiosity and a willingness to take on new challenges. • A positive, adaptable, and growth-minded approach. • Commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work. • Professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers and colleagues. • Comfort asking for clarification and escalating issues when appropriate.
