📋 Description
• Develop accurate and detailed quantity takeoffs for complex infrastructure projects • Provide technical expertise and identify material options • Support value engineering and develop competitive bid strategies • Acts as a subject-matter resource and mentors Estimator I and II personnel • Review and approve takeoff work completed by Estimators I and II
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of estimating experience in construction or critical infrastructure • Strong track record of performing complex takeoffs • Experience collaborating with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors • Prior involvement in value engineering or design build efforts • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline • Equivalent experience considered.
