The organization aims to fast-track spiritual growth, provide practical gospel-centered resources, and connect supporters through both digital (Discord, Zoom, livestreams) and in-person gatherings.

📋 Description

• Own all event & tour logistics, from routing and scheduling to booking venues, travel, and accommodations for the entire team. • Lead all pre-production (tech riders, vendor contracts, run-of-show) and on-site production, coordinating with vendors, volunteers, and partners to ensure a flawless technical and attendee experience. • Constantly build and nurture a global network of partners, churches, and venues to create a sustainable pipeline for future tours.

🎯 Requirements

• MUST have 3+ years of verifiable experience in live event production and/or tour management. • A proven portfolio or list of past events, tours, or productions that you have successfully managed. • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to remain calm and solve complex logistical problems under extreme pressure. • Willingness and ability to travel (both domestically and internationally) as required for certain events. • Must be a systems-builder who can create and follow checklists for repeatable, flawless event execution. • Must be proficient in the following: • ClickUp (or similar PM tool) • Google Drive & G-Suite • Event booking/management software
