📋 Description
• Coordinate clinician activities at practice locations • Act as liaison to internal and external customers • Support Direction of Operations, Medical Director, and provider group • Collaborate with revenue cycle and credentialing teams • Manage scheduling functions • Facilitate provider interviews and orientation • Assist with patient complaints • Administer company policies and procedures
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required • Prior operations or administrative experience in healthcare industry • Experience with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel • Experience with MS Teams, scheduling software, and credentialing software preferred
