📋 Description

• Originate loans by managing personal production pipeline, including sourcing and closing loans • Manage the team pipeline of loans • Coach existing Regional Loan Officers to help them reach their potential within the company • Recruit Loan Officer candidates for the region • Onboard new Loan Officer candidates, including training in the company’s sales culture and disciplines • Coach new Loan Officer candidates to help them reach their potential within the company • Assist the Regional with production and support strategies • Guide clients through major financial decisions related to homeownership • Build relationships with real estate professionals

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) Safe License is required • 5 years supervisory OR 2+ years of management experience • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style • Proficient in Sales • Creative thinking and exceptional analytical skills • Strong attention to detail with the ability to clearly communicate • Must be appropriately licensed by the applicable regulator in each state in which he/she does licensable activities • Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) • Success relies on time management skills, organization, and positive attitude
