📋 Description

• Assist with the preparation of monthly management reports and dashboards • Support the creation of quarterly and annual financial reports • Compile and analyze financial and operational data for management review • Assist in reviewing branch profit and loss statements for accuracy and completeness • Support budgeting and forecasting processes • Gather, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources • Perform basic financial analysis and reporting • Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and presentations • Assist with ad hoc reporting requests from management and business partners • Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics • Identify trends and anomalies within financial and operational data • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and reporting data • Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and support business initiatives • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to mortgage lending • Participate in process improvement initiatives and analytical projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field • 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, business analytics, or related field • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis • Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities • Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Strong desire to learn and grow within financial planning and analysis • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or other reporting tools is preferred but not required • Mortgage banking or financial services experience is a plus
