• Deliver end-to-end Salesforce enhancements and integrations • Translate business requirements into scalable solutions • Emphasize strong technical execution, quality engineering practices, and proactive collaboration across product, admin, integration, and marketing operations teams • Leverage Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud capabilities to enable personalization, segmentation, and activation across channels
• 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce development • Strong hands-on ability in: Apex (classes, triggers, async Apex), LWC, SOQL optimization • Declarative automation strategy (when to use Flow vs Apex) • Source control and modern deployment practices (Git, pipelines or equivalent) • Experience integrating Salesforce with at least one external system using APIs or middleware patterns • Working familiarity with Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud concepts (data extensions, contact model basics, automation/journey concepts) and how they relate to CRM data • Experience with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, unlocked packages, CI/CD • Experience with Sales/Service/Experience Cloud implementations and related security/data models
