📋 Description

• Lead high-priority business unit transformation initiatives from program design through execution • Lead the order-to-delivery network optimization program across Customer Service, Supply Chain, demand planning, and Manufacturing • Own program structure, workstream governance, integrated planning, milestone accountability, interdependencies, critical path, and sequencing • Build and maintain the business case and benefit tracking model • Manage external advisors and implementation partners while ensuring internal delivery accountability • Lead change management and stakeholder engagement • Build governance and operating rhythm for the business unit's strategic initiative portfolio • Establish intake discipline, stage-gate reviews, and leadership cadence • Develop common tools, accountability structures, and scalable transformation ways of working • Integrate Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, and IT across active programs • Build trust with functional and site-level leaders • Prepare and deliver program updates, portfolio reviews, and investment summaries for business unit and corporate leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years in transformation, operations, or program leadership roles • Direct accountability for large, multi-phase programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment • Experience leading order-to-delivery, supply chain, or order fulfillment improvement programs spanning at least two of: order management, inventory management, demand planning, or production scheduling • Operational fluency with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing process redesign and technology requirements • Track record of building cross-functional alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance in a matrixed organization • Executive presence and communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field • MBA strongly preferred • Management consulting background in operations or supply chain combined with in-house operating accountability preferred • Experience with S&OP / integrated business planning, ERP-linked scheduling, or inventory optimization platforms in a manufacturing environment preferred • Familiarity with building products or B2B distribution preferred • PMP, PgMP, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or equivalent a plus • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
