📋 Description

• Perform basic field repairs, including hardware and glass replacements, operational adjustments, and product inspections • Conduct on-site evaluations to assess product performance and identify repair needs • Follow safety protocols for glass handling, working at heights, and PPE use • Maintain and inspect safety equipment and first aid kits • Operate company vehicles safely and adhere to local laws • Perform routine vehicle maintenance • Manage tools and supplies inventory • Communicate repair issues and solutions to customers • Travel daily within assigned territory; overnight travel may be required depending on territory

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Valid driver’s license • Ability to successfully clear an MVR check • 1–2 years of general construction or building material installation experience preferred • 1–2 years of fenestration manufacturing or installation experience preferred • Basic computer skills (Outlook & CRM) • Proficiency with hand and power tools • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented with ability to complete precise repairs and inspections • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to safety and quality • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
