📋 Description

• Lead 30 training deliveries: 10 full-day sessions and 20 half-day sessions • Walk learners through a realistic, hands-on promotional planning scenario • Teach the client's retail promotion planning and optimization tool through its actual workflow • Establish consistent, harmonized promotional terminology and processes across global markets • Review training decks, develop talking points, and practice delivery • Attend onboarding, client-specific tool training, and a dry-run session • Complete setup tasks to gain access to client platforms • Align with the Correlation One team on client readiness and address final questions

🎯 Requirements

• Background in marketing, sales, or business analysis, with familiarity in promotional/sales planning nomenclature preferred • Able to explain promotional performance metrics (ROI, sales lift, incrementality) in plain business terms • Proven ability to learn a client's proprietary tool quickly and demo it live with confidence, including when the tool misbehaves • Experience running hands-on exercises where participants work in the tool themselves • Experience delivering engaging training sessions in a virtual environment • Familiar with AI-assisted planning tools and where the tool's recommendation ends and the planner's judgment begins • Strong leadership presence, organizational skills, and professional delivery
