📋 Description
• Delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction • Preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions for diverse Learners • Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel for smooth program delivery • Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement • Interact professionally with Learners and staff • Prepare diligently for lectures to ensure high-quality content • Adjust lesson pace to meet needs of Learners while delivering content on time • Communicate respectfully and maintain contact with Correlation One personnel • Foster a positive learning environment and contribute to course improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent educator with stellar communication skills • Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments • Experience in mentoring or supervising if no prior teaching experience • A desire to support students in upskilling their careers into data roles • Empathy, flexibility, patience; passion for working with diverse learners who are new to content • Fluent in English; professional verbal and writing skills • A+ or Network+ certification are nice to have
