📋 Description

• Direct operations of a designated department and group of employees • Ensure quality of service provided • Handle human resources matters related to the supervised department • Travel overnight and attend meetings as required • Review reports, invoices, logs, and expenses daily, weekly, or monthly • Perform limited marketing and sales activities as required • Oversee case management clinical activities when applicable • Perform case management responsibilities when applicable • Assign and complete additional duties

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing with a diploma/associate's degree • Bachelor's degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred • Current RN licensure in state of operation • 3 or more years of recent clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation • National certification (CRC, CIRS, CCRN, CVE, CCM, etc.), CCM preferred • Demonstrated experience in management or supervision • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities under pressure • Ability to work independently • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude, including Microsoft Office and Excel • Technical knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and procedures in defined territory • Strong interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills • Great attention to detail and focus on results
