📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients • Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and text • Schedule consultations, appointments, and meetings • Gather and accurately document client information • Assist with client intake and follow-up communications • Maintain accurate client records within CRM and case management systems • Respond to client inquiries and provide updates as directed • Manage multiple phone lines and high call volumes while maintaining professionalism • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located outside of the United States • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) • Minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, administrative, or legal support role • Strong customer service and communication skills • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional remote work environment • Must be available during U.S. Mountain Time business hours • Consistent attendance and responsiveness during scheduled work hours are required
