• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member. • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. • Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and text. • Schedule consultations, appointments, and meetings. • Gather and accurately document client information. • Assist with client intake and follow-up communications. • Maintain accurate client records within CRM and case management systems. • Respond to client inquiries and provide updates as directed. • Manage multiple phone lines and high call volumes while maintaining professionalism. • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed.
• Must be located outside of the United States. • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). • Minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, administrative, or legal support role. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional remote work environment.
