• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients • Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and text • Schedule consultations, meetings, and appointments • Gather and document client information accurately • Assist with client intake and follow-up communications • Maintain accurate records and update information within the firm's CRM and case management systems • Respond to client inquiries and provide updates as directed • Manage multiple phone lines and high call volumes while maintaining professionalism • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed
• Must be located outside of the United States (international candidates only) • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) • Strong customer service experience required • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills • Professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and inquiries • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely full-time
