📋 Description

• Train and onboard new staff members (case managers, legal assistants, medical records staff, etc.) • Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and workflow guides • Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance check-ins • Ensure team compliance with firm processes, deadlines, and client communication standards • Support staff with Case Management Software training • Collaborate with leadership to identify gaps and improve operational efficiency • Lead refresher trainings and continuing education for existing team members • Monitor quality control in file handling, documentation, and injury treatment tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law (case management or similar role) • Prior experience training or mentoring legal staff strongly preferred • Deep understanding of PI case flow: intake through settlement • Strong communication and leadership skills • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training priorities • Comfortable with technology and case management platforms • Passion for building confident, capable teams
