📋 Description

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via the chat platform • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and account management • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary • Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions • Document and update customer interactions in the company’s CRM system • Work closely with other team members to ensure consistency in service quality • Stay informed about new products, services, and company updates • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus • Proven experience as a chat assistant, customer service representative, or similar role, preferably in a remote setting • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in using chat software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
