📋 Description

• Develop and support scalable analytics and reporting solutions that drive business decision-making • Architect, design, and optimize analytics and reporting solutions using SQL, Hadoop, Hive, Power BI, and Tableau • Drive automation of reporting workflows and data processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timely insights • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert across data environments and reporting platforms, providing best practice guidance • Identify, communicate, and help resolve data quality and reconciliation issues • Collaborate with internal teams to address reporting questions and client-specific requests • Enhance existing reporting tools and dashboards • Lead development and optimization of complex, client-facing reports supporting strategic analysis • Complete responsibilities outlined in annual performance reviews and/or goal setting • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related quantitative/business field • 5+ years in analytics, including 3+ years consulting and 3–5 years in data architecture • Experience with Business Objects, Hadoop, Hive, and Python for big data processing and reporting • Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence • Skilled in Oracle SQL Developer, advanced analytics, and statistical modeling • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to identify trends and anomalies in data • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying insights clearly • Quick to learn new tools, data sets, and business concepts • Effective team player with experience in cross-functional and matrix environments • Strong time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Trusted to handle confidential information with discretion • Capable of working independently and collaboratively • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
