• Lead strategy and execution for all external conferences, sponsorship activations, hosted events, customer forums, executive engagements, and strategic industry experiences • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product, and Technology teams to ensure experiences support pipeline generation, executive engagement, platform storytelling, product visibility, and commercial objectives • Create integrated activation strategies that extend beyond physical experiences into: Social, Video, Executive content, Media, Customer storytelling, Product demonstrations, Thought leadership amplification • Ensure Cotiviti’s market presence reflects a premium, modern, technology-forward, and differentiated enterprise platform brand • Develop and scale executive engagement, customer community, advisory council, and peer networking programs that strengthen customer relationships, increase loyalty, and create meaningful opportunities for collaboration and insight sharing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or related field) preferred • Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in events, experiential marketing, communications, or a related function • Significant experience operating at a senior leadership level, including ownership of enterprise or multi-functional initiatives • Proven experience developing and executing strategic plans aligned to corporate objectives, with demonstrated impact on business outcomes • Experience leading cross-functional teams and partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Communications, and other business functions • Demonstrated ability to translate corporate strategy into functional plans and execution with a medium-term (2–4 year) horizon
